to a quarterly net profit as revenue rose a stronger-than-expected
13 percent. It said current-quarter sales will
be above Wall Street's average estimate. Shares

Activision on Thursday after the
close reported a quarterly loss after a year-earlier
profit as it released fewer games. Shares closed
at $14.96.
EASTMAN KODAK (EK.N: Quote, Profile,
Research)
Kodak Chairman Daniel Carp is
expected to meet early next week with investor
Carl Icahn, who has received regulatory approval
to buy a big stake in the company, The Wall Street
Journal said on Friday.
A Kodak spokesperson could not
be reached for comment early on Friday. Shares
closed at $24.58.
CATERPILLAR INC. (CAT.N: Quote,
Profile, Research)
Caterpillar, the world's largest
maker of construction equipment, is eyeing acquisitions
to bolster its business in China, its top executive
said in an interview with Reuters. Shares closed
